20CrMnTi is a carburizing steel, which is usually a low-carbon steel with a carbon content of 0.17%-0.24%. It is often used in automobiles to manufacture transmission gears. It is a Cr Mn Ti steel in a medium hardenability carburizing steel. 20CrMnTi case-hardening steel. Good workability, small deformation, and good fatigue resistance. Cutting parameters: ap=0.1mm, Fr=0.15mm/r, Vc=160/min

Cooling method: dry cut
