Machining bearing steel 42CrMo wind power bearings

Typical parts of 42CrMo are wind power bearings, also known as slewing ring bearings. Due to the harsh environment and high maintenance cost, 42CrMo is often used as the main processing material. The hardness of wind turbine bearings after heat treatment is generally above HRC45. Tools for machining wind power bearings must require high hardness, resistance and impact resistance.
