• The WNGA series of brazed PCBN inserts is a peach-shaped insert with an optimized design. SCBN TOOLS WNGA brazed CBN inserts have stable processing performance and high durability, and can replace CNC inserts such as similar alloy coated inserts and carbide. The head of this type of W-type PCBN brazed insert is welded through the whole body, and there are a total of 6 cutting edges.

• The common models of WNGA brazed inserts is WNGA0804, and the commonly used chamfers are S02020 and S03020, and other cutting edge parameters can be customized.

• Compared with the previous solid insert, the WNGA brazed insert saves the cost of raw material, and also ensures the versatility with the alloy arbor, which can ensure the accuracy and be more economical and durable. Due to the use of integral welding technology, both sides of the blade can be machined, which increases the number of cutting edges, improves tool utilization, and reduces the cost of tool use for a single workpiece.
